We review our Privacy Policy every year to ensure compliance with applicable privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • Information related to your pregnancy, baby milestones, and medical history (if voluntarily submitted)

  • Login credentials (if using social login or email-based authentication)

  • Session activity and interaction history

To provide a seamless experience, Healofy may request access to the following features on your device:

  • Notifications (to alert users about classes, milestones, or app updates)

7. Location Data Collection

If enabled, Healofy may collect precise location data to precisely deliver products ordered by user

Collected only with explicit permission

  • Not stored permanently or tracked in the background

  • Never sold to third parties

Users may disable location access anytime via device settings.

 


 

8. Sensitive Personal Data

Healofy may collect sensitive personal data (e.g., pregnancy status, health-related inputs, baby development milestones) only when voluntarily submitted by the user.

We ensure:

  • All sensitive data is encrypted in transit

  • Access is restricted to authorized systems

  • No sensitive data is shared for marketing purposes
