Hi dear.Dont worry. Even I too have the same problem.
*My doctor advised to take enormous fluids and fibrous foods so as to avoid constipation.
*Visit bathrooms frequently for urination. Storage of urine can cause heavy bladder which cause extra pressure on ur expanding uterus and increases pain.
* While sleeping use pillow between ur legs for extra support
* U will experience more pain in mornings so slowly move from your bed and talk mild walks for few minutes
* Warm compress or pour warm water on ur lower back during nights before bed can help to some extent
Nothing to worry about this and you can do all your regular activities as most of pregnant women faces the same in their final stages of pregnancy.
