Em 7 months pregnant having too much depression cry all the time having no reason plz suggest me wot to do ?

Darling it's completely normal to feel depressed during pregnancy...see your body is going through a lot of changes and there are a lot of hormonal changes that are also taking place.because of which you have mood swings and depression is also one of them... so don't worry just try to divert your mind to something constructive.. you can have a hobby ,you can learn something ,you can read something ,write something. if you want just listen to music or watch your favourite movie on TV.. but keep doing something don't sit idle. don't think about things which are not under your control and you cannot help it..so don't worry it's just a phase it will pass but at this time you need to be more strong for yourself and for your baby.. just be happy and think about your baby everything will be fine....

Answer: Hello... During pregnancy constipation is quite normal,but it is should be cured as soon as possible,To avoid constipation in pregnancy do following things..
