30 weeks pregnant mother

Hi... I am ankita... I am a 29 week pregnant... Just I know to my BP is very high... Is it risk to pregnancy?

Hi dear, High blood pressure during pregnancy isn’t always dangerous. But it can sometimes cause severe health complications for both mother and developing baby.high bp is common,it could be due to obesity too.gestational hypertension or high BP starts post 20th week, and usually resolves post delivery.normal pressure should be anywhere close to 120/80 mm Hg.keep monitoring your BP everyday at the same time. Certain tips that you can follow to manage it: 1- lower intake of salt/sodium in diet 2-take your prenatal vitamins regularly 3- if no medication is prescribed, take it regularly 4- avoid caffeine 5- stay physically active Uncontrolled high BP could lead to serious health complications like preterm labor ,placental abruption, birth defects, breathing issues in labor.
Hie Yes it may cause complications Taking care of yourself is the best way to control your BP Eat a healthy diet and limit your sodium intake  Eat more whole grain they are high in dietary fiber, vegetables, fruits go for low fat milk or soy milk Have a piece of dark chocolate which contains 70 percent coco as it helps lower bp Cut on caffeine in your diet Stay physically active go for walks in the morning it would also boost your oxygen and vitamin D3 Sign up for pregnancy yoga or swimming Meditate for at least 20 min every day it would help you balance your inner self as well as your BP Monitor your weight gain you need to take caution to keep your pregnancy weight gain within healthy limits Reduce stress as it can elevate bp
Hi. You could follow this diet Eat a healthy diet, and especially limit your sodium intake.Take your blood pressure medications the way you are supposed to. Keep all your prenatal appointments. Stay physically active, although your healthcare provider may prescribe bed rest if you develop preeclampsia. Make sure you don't stress a lot about anything. Be calm. Listen to music and do some meditation because stress and tenstion increase u r blood pressure.. take garlic it may keep u r blood pressure in normal Get moving as Inactive women are at a higher risk of hypertension than those who exercise.  so take small walks and then you can feel better Hope this helps!
Ys it is risk to pregnancy...be aware Be carefull Should take this as serious

Question: Hello... I am 29 weeks pregnant my amniotic fluid gone high level 20... I have a risk of premature delivery
Answer: Hi. Yes dear. Premature delivery can happen but for now you need to be calm and be under doctors diagnosis. You'll also need to have regular nonstress testor ultrasounds for the rest of your pregnancy to monitor your baby's development. And you'll be watched closely for signs of preterm labor. There are chances of  gestational diabetes too so doctor will ask to go for diabeties test also. You'll be monitored carefully during labor as well. Because of the extra amniotic fluid, there's a greater risk of an umbilical cord prolapse (when the cord falls through the cervical opening) or a placental abruption when your water breaks. Both require an immediate c-section.
