30 weeks pregnant mother

Hi... I am ankita... I am a 29 week pregnant... Just I know to my BP is very high... Is it risk to pregnancy?

Hi dear, High blood pressure during pregnancy isn’t always dangerous. Hi. You could follow this diet Eat a healthy diet, and especially limit your sodium intake.Take your blood pressure medications the way you are supposed to. Keep all your prenatal appointments. Stay physically active, although your healthcare provider may prescribe bed rest if you develop preeclampsia. Make sure you don't stress a lot about anything. Be calm. Listen to music and do some meditation because stress and tenstion increase u r blood pressure.. take garlic it may keep u r blood pressure in normal Get moving as Inactive women are at a higher risk of hypertension than those who exercise.  so take small walks and then you can feel better Hope this helps!

Answer: Hi. Yes dear. Premature delivery can happen but for now you need to be calm and be under doctors diagnosis. You'll also need to have regular nonstress testor ultrasounds for the rest of your pregnancy to monitor your baby's development. And you'll be watched closely for signs of preterm labor. There are chances of  gestational diabetes too so doctor will ask to go for diabeties test also. You'll be monitored carefully during labor as well. Because of the extra amniotic fluid, there's a greater risk of an umbilical cord prolapse (when the cord falls through the cervical opening) or a placental abruption when your water breaks. Both require an immediate c-section.
