Hello dear. It's fine if you drink a cup or two. However, you shouldn't drink too much green tea, as it contains only a little less caffeine than standard tea, depending on how it's brewed. Take care.

Climbing stairs now is healthly..?am climbing stairs daily two to three times r some times morethan that ,it may cause any risk to my baby??
Hello dear.. climbing stairs anytime early pregnancy or later pregnancy is safe as long as you consider, but during second or third trimester, because your centre of gravity may be off,it is harder to maintain your balance, when you have more weight in front of your body,it is advisable to avoid more stair climbing during this phase, but in unavoidable circumstances go slowly, and make use of handle to get a better grip for effective safety purpose.

I'm 38 wks 5days pregnant n my baby movement is stop frm mrng but I had hot coffee then my baby was moved. Is this normal or may I consult the gyno?
After you had coffee as you could feel some movement, I think baby is fine. It's just that your baby is big now and doesn't have much space to move around. But keep observing the movements after every meal. If you can feel atleast 5 movements in an hour then there is nothing to worry. If you still have concern go to hospital, they can monitor baby activity and reassure you.

Em 7 months pregnant having too much depression cry all the time having no reason plz suggest me wot to do ?
Darling it's completely normal to feel depressed during pregnancy...see your body is going through a lot of changes and there are a lot of hormonal changes that are also taking place.because of which you have mood swings and depression is also one of them... so don't worry just try to divert your mind to something constructive.. you can have a hobby ,you can learn something ,you can read something ,write something. if you want just listen to music or watch your favourite movie on TV.. but keep doing something don't sit idle. don't think about things which are not under your control and you cannot help it..so don't worry it's just a phase it will pass but at this time you need to be more strong for yourself and for your baby.. just be happy and think about your baby everything will be fine....

Hello! In most cases coughs are harmless, but if your baby's cough doesn't get better within one week, it's best to contact your physician 1.Offer your baby plenty of fluids through his regular feedings of formula or breast milk. 2.Run a warm-mist humidifier in your baby's room while he sleeps to moisten his airways and break up mucus. 3.Warm mustard oil with a few kalonji seeds and 2 garlic cloves.apply on baby's chest, under the nose, back of feet and palms.massage gently.

I m 6 month pregnant.. i cant able to control my anger. I m always getting angry for simple things. Would it affect my baby's health???
Hie This might be the hormones creating mood swings don't worry it is normal during pregnancy Focus on the good things in life imagine about your baby keep your mind occupied enroll yourself in creative or your favorite activity Like sign up for swimming , painting, dancing ,singing or baking what ever gives you Joy Take a break time to time and go on a date with your spouse , staycation or vacation which ever suits the time Meditation is the key to control hormones as well as emotions Practice it for atleast 20-30 mins a day
