उत्तर: Hello dear, it's completely fine. I gained 22 kgs during my pregnancy though I had no food cravings n I eat completely normal and home made food. Is time tumhara concern baby ka health hona chahiye. Eat properly n don't eat junk food & processed food. Ghar ka bana hua khana khao. Add lots of vegetables, fruits in your diet. Take different sources of protein like pulses,beans, chicken,egg etc. Eat fats like different nuts , yoghurt. Sweets bilkul Nehi khana hai. Drink lots of water. Halfulka exercise karo like deep breathing exercises, walking for 30 mins morning & evening each etc. Is time hormonal changes k wahjah se kisi kisi ka wt zyada jo hats hai.
