Answer: hello आप की प्रेगनेंसी को अभी 3 मंथ नहीं हुए हैं इसलिए आप थकावट होते तक walk ना करें 3 मंथ कंपलीट होने के बाद आप सुबह शाम 20 या 30 मिनटwalk कर सकती हैं
