Answer: हैलो डियर-- यह परेशानी ज्यादातर प्रेगनेंसी में महिलाओं को होता ही है। यह दर्द गर्भाशय में बच्चे के बढ़ने के कारण पड़ने वाले दबाव के कारण योनि और उसके आसपास दरद और खिंचाव होता है।कभी-कभी मांसपेशियों और हड्डियों पर पड़ने वाले दबाव के कारण योनी में दर्द के साथ सूजन भी हो सकती है यह दर्द बच्चे के जन्म के साथ ही खत्म हो जाता है।आपको इस स्थिति में अधिक से अधिक आराम करना चाहीये।जादा खडे़ रहने चलने और सिढी़ नही चढ़ना चाहीये।अधिक हसहजता या दरद होने पर एक बार डाक्टर से कंसल्ट जरुर कर लें।
