Answer: बच्चे का वजन १२ महीने में उसके जन्म के वजन से तिगुना होना चाहिए. उसके बाद वजन बहोत ही धीरे धीरे बढ़ता है. तो अगर आपका बच्चा उसके जन्म के वजन से तिगुना को पार कर गया है तो कोई फ़िक्र ना करे उसका वजन सही है. बच्चा मोटा होना जरुरी नहीं है. जरुरी है की बच्चा समय समय पर सब खता पिता हो , खेलता हो , एक्टिव हो और खुश दिखे. आप १५ महीने के बच्चे को घर पे बनने वाला सब खाना दे सकते हो. साथ में उसे दो टाइम दूध , ड्राई फ्रूट्स , सभी फल , सभी ताजे शाक भाजी खिलाये.

उत्तर: So , first of all give variety of foods if non veg then give varieties in nonveg like chicken soup, egg wraps etc for proper gain but if pure veg increase the protein and fat products in baby diet. You need to maintain the routine and daily food chart for the baby that includes all the necessary nutrients needed at this age. Include carbohydrates,vitamin,protein, iron and calcium . Yes fat is also needed. Weight gain is not a one day task it needs consistency and acceptance . How the baby body is performing. First thing is you should check the baby appetite.does he/she feels hungry and offcourse the hemoglobin level. If everything is in range than build interest in food. Take the baby to park, social gathering where you can feed the baby. Never leave the house without carrying the snacks that includes some wraps, smoothies or normal fruit bowl. Baby eat in front of others more nicely than at home. Be creative in your cooking side and presentation side. Feed the baby on the place where you generally have your meal with proper decorated plate. उत्तर: Hi, it is little less. But nothing to worry. You can give him this Ghee and butter in his daily diet. Give home milk products like cheese, peanut butter. Give him small portion of milkshakes Boiled and mashed potatoes, corn, rice which are good in carbs all help too.

उत्तर: Hello dear The best time to start solids is only after 6 months . Yes in some places people start around 4 months but the enzymes are not completely build at that stage that help the food to digest. And early start of solids may lead to colic, digestive issues etc. So wait till 6 months is a worth. Also baby takes 4-6 months to hold the neck completely . A strong head to neck control helps the baby to accept solids well and can easily swallows.
