Answer: पूरी प्रेगनेंसी में माता का वजन १५ से २० किलो तक बढ़ता है. तो आप कोई चिंता ना करे. डिलीवरी के बाद काफी वजन अपने आप कम हो जायेगा.

Ghar par medicine ke alava aap baby ko din mein 3 baar 4-5 spoon tulsi ka pani pilaye halka garam. Tulsi ko pani mein ubalkar pani ban jayega.
