Answer: बच्चों में लंबाई बढ़ाने के लिए उसके खाने पीने और एक्सरसाइज, फिजिकल एक्टिविटी पर ध्यान देना बहुत जरूरी है हाइट का बढ़ना और ना बढ़ना जेनेटिक भी हो सकता है. बच्चे के खाने में आयरन ,कैल्शियम, विटामिन, प्रोटीन सब कुछ इंक्लूड होना चाहिए ताकि बच्चों को सही मात्रा में सही पोषण मिल सके और उनकी ग्रोथ अच्छे से हो सके. बच्चों की हाइट और groth के लिए सबसे अधिक जिम्मेदार विटामिन डी होता है ,इसलिए मैं आपको सजेस्ट करुंगी कि आप अपने बच्चे को धूप में खेलने जरूर दें बच्चे के खाने में हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियां दूध, टोफू, बादाम, ब्रोकली दाल, अंडा यह सब जरूर इंक्लूड करें. बच्चों को रोज फिजिकल एक्टिविटी कराएं जिससे बच्चों की हड्डियां और मांसपेशियां मजबूत होंगी. बच्चों की नींद पर भी विशेष ध्यान दे बच्चों को 8 घंटे की नींद बहुत जरूरी है प्रॉपर नींद ,सनलाइट ,अच्छे खाने से बच्चे की ग्रोथ ,हाइट का विकास अच्छे से होता है.
