Answer: हेलो डियर आप बेबी को विंटर और समर मे एक ही diet दे सकते है।बस ध्यान रखे की सर्दी के टाईम ज्यादा थंदी चीज़े बेबी को ना खिलाए।अब आपका बेबी 6 महीने का हो गया है अब आपको सॉलिड फूड शुरु करना चाहिये। अगर बेबी को हर 2 घन्टे मे आप कुछ खाने को देती हैं तो बेबी का वजन भी बढ़ेगा और बेबी का विकास भी होगा। आप दिन में 3 बार भोजन दे सकती हैं जिसे अच्छी तरह से पकाया जाना चाहिए। 8-- बजे - बीएम / एफएम सुबह 9 बजे रावा इडली , ओट्स रागी डोसा, सूजी खीर, केला, दलिया, पेन्केक सेब प्यूरी (कोई भी एक) सुबह 11बजे-- बीएम / एफएम 12बजे-- मसला हुआ केला, दही, 1बजे-- Khichdi, आलू और गाजर Khichdi, दही चावल, रागी दलिया, veggie के साथ suji upma 3बजे-- बीएम / एफएम 5बजे--कोई नरम फल, दही, उबले हुए आलू, सेब प्युरी 7बजे-- उत्तम, सूजी खीर, चावल के साथ मूंग दाल, कच्चे केले का दलिया, जौ अनाज, गेहूं अनाज दलिया। अन्य खाद्य पदार्थ जो आप 6-7 महीने के बेबी को खिला सकती हैं। रागी या बाजरा दलिया, रागी खीर, दाल पानी, चावल का पानी, ऐप्पल और केला, ऐप्पल प्यूरी, चिकू प्यूरी, कद्दू प्यूरी, गाजर प्यूरी, ब्रोकोली प्यूरी, आलू मैश, मीठे आलू प्यूरी, आलू और गाजर के साथ दलिया दलिया सूप, वेगी खिची, एवोकैडो प्यूरी, सब्जियों के सूप, मखाना खीर पपीता प्यूरी, तरबूज, ऐप्पल खीर, सूजी और केले दलिया। आदि।

Snacks itself should be heavy so that baby won't feel hungry for 2-3 hours.it can be some heavy shakes, fruit with cereal porridge, energy booster halwa or ladoos, some tasty soup, fruit salads etc. Apart from that include high protein and calcium diet for baby growth height etc . Don't give arreated drinks, caffeinated drinks. You can make healthy snacks quickly. From egg wrap to vegetable pasta every option is healthy and it's your creativity to make it healthy. Focus more on healthy breakfast. Breakfast should be healthy and as baby go to school try to pack 2 separate tiffins for snacks and lunch. Healthy and tasty snack will work as a energy booster. And offcourse the lunch. Don't forget to feed nicely after school and eve snack is important like snakes and smoothies.even home made fruit ice cream works well. And lastly dinner followed by a glass of milk.and don't forget to brush the teeth just before bed for proper oral care.

उत्तर: hello dear follow this diet chart you can offer the 3 times a day meal that should be cooked well. 8 am - bm / fm 9 am. Rava idly, oats ragi dosa, suji kheer, banana porridge, pancakes, apple puree( any one) 11 am. Bm/ fm 12 pm. Mashed banana, curd, 1 pm. Khichdi, potato and carrot khichdi, curd rice, ragi porridge, suji upma with veggie 3 pm. Bm / fm 5 pm. Any finger soft fruit, yogurt, boiled sweet potato, apple smoothy 7 pm. Uttpam, suji kheer, moong daal with rice, raw banana porridge, barley cereal, wheat cereal
