So relax ur baby is doing great. He is a healthy baby. Just have a healthy meal lots of vegetables and do not forget about the calcium intake Milk is the best source for calcium. Based on the personal experience I used to take 3 glasses a day during my pregnancy . Eat or drink 4 servings of dairy products or foods rich in calcium. Dairy products are the best source of calcium. Other sources of calcium are dark, leafy greens, fortified cereal, breads, fish, fortified orange juices, almonds and sesame seeds. Sweet potatoes are very rich in beta-carotene, a plant compound that is converted into vitamin A in the body. Broccoli and leafy greens contain most of the nutrients that pregnant women need. They are also rich in fiber, which may help prevent or treat constipation.Whole grains are packed with fiber, vitamins and plant compounds. They are also rich in B-vitamins, fiber and magnesium, all of which pregnant women need. Dried fruit may be highly beneficial for pregnant women, since they are small and nutrient-dense. Just make sure to limit your portions and avoid the candied varieties. Drinking water is important because of the increased blood volume during pregnancy. Adequate hydration may also help prevent constipation and urinary tract infections.

उत्तर: Always follow your LMP due date... because ultrasound due dates keep changing with each ultrasound. Ultrasound due dates depends on the babys growth... most doctors follow lmp due dates only. However in some cases like people having gestational diabetes... the babys growth will be fast and babies will be big...so doctors will consider the last ultrasound date and decide to operate. You & your baby will gain weight with the help of nutritious things that you eat. Eating a healthy, balanced dietwill help your baby get the nutrients he or she needs and grow at a healthy rate. • Add more protein to your diet. Butter and other fats will not help you in this matter, you can have cottage cheese, milk and other sources of protein like protein powders for pregnant women. • Take five to six small meals every day. • Keep quick, easy snacks on hand, such as nuts, raisins, cheese and crackers, dried fruit, and ice cream or yogurt. • Also drink a lot of liquid juices, coconut water twice a day, lot of water etc.
