Answer: अगर गले में जलन हो रही होगी तो वह भी एसिडिटी के वजह से होता है प्रेगनेंसी में एसिड रिफ्लक्स के वजह से वह गले में आ जाता है और फिर गले में जलन होने लगती है इसके लिए आप कुछ घरेलू उपचार कर सकते हैं जैसे आप अगर गर्म पानी में नमक डालकर gargel करें तो ठीक हो जाता है कभी-कभी गले में इंफेक्शन की वजह से भी हमें जलन महसूस होती है तो इसके लिए आप तुलसी और अदरक पानी में उबाल लें और उस पानी को गर्म गर्म पिए इससे आपको राहत मिलेगा..गैस और एसिडिटी के लिए आप सादा बिना मिर्च मसाले का , कम आयल का खाना लीजिए। खाना हमेसा आसानी से पचने वाला होना चहिय।
