Question: Hiii, muze 19 mnth chalu he, muze ye puchna he ki, muze pet k left side upar k tarf yani brest k niche thoda pain ho raha he means vaha thoda bhari sa lag raha he .. to its normal????

सवाल: Hiii..mujhe 6th month chal raha he...2-3 din se thoda pain ho raha tha dr k mutabik baby thoda niche aa gaya he...thn i have to take rest..do pillow k upar pair rakh k sona he...bt isse ki jo baby niche aa gaya he usse koi aur taklif to nai hotii na..??
उत्तर: Actually your baby should come down only in 9th month. Since u r in 6th month u need to be in full bed rest only . Cos the baby has come down means it's ready for Labour but u r baby should be grown fully right so u need to weight for 3 more months . In such cases doctor end up in 7 th or 8th month of Labour also so pls weight for 9th month till then take rest.

Also get up and walk around to get yourself moving!Go to bed early, mama!Drink earlier in the day to reduce chances of waking up and avoid drinking at least 2 hours before bed.Don’t eat food right before bed to minimize nighttime heartburn.Stretch your leg muscles before bedtime to avoid leg cramps.  Be sure to include potassium rich foods, like bananas, peaches, kiwis, potatoes and leafy greens in your diet on a daily basis.Exercise, unless your health care provider has advised against it. It can improve your mood and energy level! And is.just plain ole good for you.Eat every 3-4 hours and include carbohydrates, protein, and fat in every meal and snack.Stick to high fiber carbohydrates (whole grains, starchy vegetables, fruit)  and minimize sweets and refined grains.Avoid caffeine in the afternoon.Drink plenty of fluids including water and Boost It Up!™ caffeine free protein energy drinkReduce stress.
