Answer: hello डियर,,,, 10weekकी प्रेग्नेंट है प्रेगनेंसी के दौरान शरीर में बहुत से हारमोंस परिवर्तन होते हैं जिसका प्रभाव आपके बॉडी पर भी पड़ता है बेबी के विकास के लिए बहुत सारे तत्वों की जरूरत होती है और इन तत्वों को पूरा करने के लिए अधिक एनर्जी की जरूरत होती है जो कि हमारी बॉडी द्वारा बेबी को मिलता है इन वजह से प्रेगनेंसी में कमजोरी महसूस होने लगती है आप अपने प्रेगनेंसी के कमजोरी को दूर करने अपने डेली रूटीन और अपने खानपान में थोड़ा सा परिवर्तन करें जिससे कि आपकी कमजोरी दूर होने लगेगी | 1)आयरन की कमी से कमजोरी महसूस होती है इसलिए आप अपने खाने में आयरन गाजर ,चुकंदर ,पालक , खजूर हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियां ड्राई फूड्स साबूदाना जे मछली अंडा भिन्न प्रकार के फलों के जूस आदि अपने भोजन में शामिल करें | 2) 8 से 10 घंटे की नींद जरूर लें , नींद की कमी से थकावट व कमजोरी में वृद्धि होती है ,अत्यधिक शरीर श्रम ना करें, अपनी क्षमता के अनुसार ही काम करें | 3)किसी भी प्रकार का जंग फूड ,डिब्बा बंद भोजन आदि का प्रयोग प्रेगनेंसी के दौरान ना करें l 4)हल्का-फुल्का व्यायाम या हल्की हलचल जारी रखें धीरे-धीरे कमजोरी में कमी आने लगती hai.. 5)डार्क चॉकलेट का प्रयोग करें इससे भी कमजोरी दूर होती है | 6)अपने आप को हाइड्रेट अपना बहुत जरूरी है आप प्रतिदिन 10 से 12 ग्लास पानी पी इससे आपके बॉडी को एनर्जी मिलतीैhai| 7)फलों का रस या नारियल पानी भी पी सकते हैं यह आपकी बॉडी को एनर्जी प्रदान करते हैं वह कमजोरी दूर होती है

सवाल: I am feeling normal ..jst little weakness ..no vomiting .. feeling very normal ..is it ok?
उत्तर: Too early for symptoms to start.. Even if it doesn't it's just that u r lucky! Eat what u can drink fluids stay active..as hcg raises with progressing pregnancy symptoms ll kick in. Till then just relax n enjoy

सवाल: I am feeling heaviness in breathing...lack of sleep...and feeling very weakness...please advise
उत्तर: Hellooo dear u can start breathing exercise regularly. It is really helpful During day some physical acativties slowly u can do u will get gud sound sleep in the night.start bed time story reading. Read any book b4 go to sleep .make that habit . Now a days I don't hav such problems I made habbit of this.
