Answer: Eating food on time is best one.. for more healthy baby havedry fruits in empty stomach .. add one leafy vegetable in form of soup or salad along with hour food.. eat lots of fruits.. and add fish how much ever you want it

Consume whole grains like whole wheat chapatti, brown rice, oats, whole meal bread etc. Include at least 2 to 3 servings of protein rich foods like milk and milk products, egg, pulses, dal, chicken, fish etc. Take care.
