U can make it by adding apple sauce and ghee in oats and wheat aata. Take some ladoo, have some handy fruits like sapota banana apple. Also u can carry some cerelac with hot water in flask . Carey some home made potato chips and foxnuts .these are good and healthy option. U can also carry some sweets like peda .do carry juices like aamras which don't get spoil easily.
