अगर आप शिशु को पहले पूरे दिन में 6 बार स्तनपान कराती थीं तो अब उसे आप 2 से 3 बार पिलाएं। क्योंकि, दिन के समय आप अपने बच्चे का दिमाग किसी और चीज़ों में लगा सकती हैं। और ऐसे में, शिशु धीरे-धीरे दूध स्तनपान करना बंद कर देंगे।
