सवाल: मेरा अस्थानिय गर्भावस्था हो गया था जिसका ऑपरेशन 7 मार्च को हुआ था और उसके एक महीने बाद लगभग मेरा मासिकधर्म 8 अप्रैल को आया था अब मैं फिर से प्रेग्नेंट हो गई हूं ।बताइए हम क्या करे।मैं बहुत परेशान हु।
उत्तर: Ap ku pareshan h ap ab apna dhyan rakhiye. Or diet ka dhyan rakhe or doctor ke pas regular check up ke liye jaiye. Or negative bilkul mat sochiye n koi stress lijiye. Ab sab achha hoga.

उत्तर: Hey congratulations finally your baby will be experiencing all delicious foid cooked by you. Its an overwhelming moment for both mother and baby. As baby will be tasting new array of food, breastmilk will still be major part of his diet. For intial few days don't expect your baby to finish of his meal. Its just got him to get used to the taste. Always feed one food item at a time. Don't mix sugar or salt to his food. Baby has never tasted it so he ll never know the difference. Now coming to meal planning- 7-8am Breastmilk 9-10am Breakfast (apple puree/Banana puree/ragi porridge /oats porridge /Barley porridge/Suji kheer 11-1pm Breastmilk 2-3 pm Lunch (rice/ moong dal/ Carrot puree/Potato puree/Pumpkin Puree/Cauliflower puree/Broccoli puree For rest of the day give him breastmilk. Once he is accustomed to the food and all chances of allergy and discomfort is eliminated you can include solids on dinner as well.

सवाल: मेरी पहली डिलीवरी सी-सेक्शन से हुई थी जो कि डेट से 15 दिन पहले यह कह कर की गई थी कि बच्चे के गले के चारो तरफ कॉर्ड है और बच्चे की हार्ट बीट काम हो रही है। तो अब मैं दुबारा माँ बनने वाली हु, क्या फिर से डिलीवरी ऑपरेशन से ही होगी। या नार्मल भी हो सकती है।। कृपया मुझे सही सुखाव दे क्योंकि मैं एक वर्किंग वुमन हु ओर मुझे काफी परेशानी हो जाती है।
उत्तर: Hello ma'am , Aapki first delivery c- section ke through hua hai or aapki ye second delivery normal ho Sakti hai bilkul but iske liye kuchh chijo ka dhyan rakhna hota hai Jo Mai aapko batane ja rahii hu par normal delivery ke liye ek or chij important hai wo hai aapki first pregnancy ko kitna time hua hai ispe bhi depend karta hai. Agar aapki first pregnancy or second pregnancy me jayeda gap nahii h to muskil ho sakta hai normal delivery me :- Tips for normal delivery:- 1) stay active and exercise regularly. 2) be well hydrate. 3) remove stress free - don't take Stress during pregnancy. 4) be well informed about labour pain and delivery . 5) breathing techniques- ( practising pranayams) . 6) adequate support- this time u have to need for physically support and emotionally support both . 7) need regular perineal massage. 8) rest and sleep .
