Answer: उसे बाहर की कोई भी चीज ना खिलाए उसे सिर्फ ब्रेस्ट फीडिंग कराएं मां का दूध बच्चे के लिए सर्वोपरि होता है मां के मिल्क में सारे पोषक तत्व पाए जाते हैं जैसे कि विटामिंस मिनरल्स आर्यन कैल्शियम मां का मिल्क बच्चे के लिए पूर्ण आहार है हम हमेशा आपको बताते हैं बच्चा अगर 1 से लेकर 6 महीने तक का है तो से बाहर की कोई चीज न द यहां तक कि उसे गाय का दूध भी ना दे पानी भी ना पिलाए

उत्तर: Hey congratulations finally your baby will be experiencing all delicious foid cooked by you. Its an overwhelming moment for both mother and baby. As baby will be tasting new array of food, breastmilk will still be major part of his diet. For intial few days don't expect your baby to finish of his meal. Its just got him to get used to the taste. Always feed one food item at a time. Don't mix sugar or salt to his food. Baby has never tasted it so he ll never know the difference. Now coming to meal planning- 7-8am Breastmilk 9-10am Breakfast (apple puree/Banana puree/ragi porridge /oats porridge /Barley porridge/Suji kheer 11-1pm Breastmilk 2-3 pm Lunch (rice/ moong dal/ Carrot puree/Potato puree/Pumpkin Puree/Cauliflower puree/Broccoli puree For rest of the day give him breastmilk. Once he is accustomed to the food and all chances of allergy and discomfort is eliminated you can include solids on dinner as well.

उत्तर: Hello dear ha kha sakte ho.. Badam ka halwa nahi tho soaked overnight badam 4-6 pieces will also be good.. Jyada nahi kahiye.. Avoid eating too much anything in pregnancy

उत्तर:  Generally baby milk pasand nai krte. Aap uski doodh me health drink mila skte hai. Ya phir usse milkshakes or smoothies bana kar de skte hai, isse usko taste bhi milega sath hi doodh ki bhi jarurat Puri ho jaegi. Apne bete ko din me 5 baar khane ko de, jisme 3 baar pura meal ho and 2 baar snacks ho... Baby ki diet me daal, hari sabjiya, roti, fruits, paneer sab kuch add kare. Uska khana hamesha desighee me banaye. Har 2hrs me baby ko kuch na kuch khane ko de.
