Answer: हेलो डीयर बेबी के movements कम ज्यादा हो सकते है।अगर आपको बेबी मोवेमेंट फील नही हो रहा है या कम फील हो रहा है तो इसके लिए सबसे पहले ओरंज जूस पिए और लेफ्ट साइड को कम से कम 20से 25 मिनट के लिए लेत जाये जिससे बेबी को amonitic fluid और oxygen की मात्रा ज्यादा से ज्यादा मिलेगी और बेबी मोवेमेंट करने लगेगा।लेकिन अगर इसके बाद भी एक भी मोवेमेन्ट् नही फील हो रहा है तो आप तुरंत डॉक्टर के पास जाइये।दिन भर मे 10 movements जरुरी हैं।
