सवाल:मुजे 5 मंथ चल रहा है बेबी किक का कब और कैसे महसूस होती है?
उत्तर: Timeline of Baby Movement
Here is a guide to your baby's possible movements.
Week 12: Your baby should start to move, but you probably won't be able to feel anything, because the baby is still so small.
Week 16: Some pregnant women will start to feel tiny butterfly-like flutters. The feeling might just be gas, or it might be the baby moving.
Week 20: By this point in your baby's development, you may start to really feel your baby's first movements, called "quickening."
Week 24: The baby's movements are starting to become more established. You might also begin to feel slight twitches as your baby hiccups.
Week 28: Your baby is moving often now. Some of the kicks and jabs may take your breath away.
Week 36: Your uterus is getting crowded as the baby grows, and movements should slow down a bit. However, alert your healthcare provider if you notice significant changes in your baby’s usual activity. You should feel consistent movement throughout the day.
सवाल:मेरा बेबी ढाई साल का है। उसे सदि परेशान कर रही हैं। एक महीने से।
उत्तर: Hello dear. Cold aur cough ke liye garlic 6-7 ko peel karke thread mein daal kar baby ke gale mein necklace ki tarah tie karden. Garlic chest ko touch karni chahiye. Isse chest congestion, running nose, cold thik hota hai. 24 se 48 ghante mein aram mil jayega.
Isi ke sath mustard oil mein mashed garlic, ajwain, methi ko garam kare jabtak woh brown na ho jaye. Use chan kar halka garam karke baby ko chest par back par aur talvo aur hatheli par lagaye. Sone se pehle. Raath bhar mein apke baby ka cold aur cough thik ho jayega.
Hope it helps.

उत्तर: Hello! Here is a simple homemade powder for increasing milk supply in lactating mothers. Dry roast equal quantities of cumin and fennel seeds till they turn aromatic. Cool them and grind to powder. Mix ½ tsp powder in ½ tsp warm ghee and consume 30 minutes before food 2 to 3 times a day. Desi ghee works best. This can be consumed for 2 weeks, followed by a break for 4 to 5 days and then repeat the cycle. This also helps to reduce colic in breastfed babies. A small portion of ajwain/ carom seeds can also be included.
