सवाल: m baby is 6th month old..kab usko kya dena chahiye khane mai..plz answer
उत्तर: Hi dear 1st you have to identify if your baby is ready got solid food Some tips: Your baby is able to sit on a chair with back support. Baby’s head & neck are stable. Baby can open and close the mouth around a spoon. Baby is ready to chew. He is curious and tries to grab & put food in his mouth. Baby is still hungry after breastfeeding/formula feeding & shows interest in food. If above points are checked then you can follow bellow: Breast milk or formula milk Mashed banana Stewed apple Well steamed and pureed vegetables like carrots, sweet potato, pumpkin , french beans Pulse soup (moong dal ka pani) Rice Water (Chawal ka pani) Homemade single grain cereals like rice, barley, oats mixed with breastmilk or formula milk Steamed and pureed fruits like pear, avocado, peach, chikoo.

सवाल: 8 th month baby ko khane m kya De skte h
उत्तर: Hi dear, Yes,you can start giving solid diet along with breastfeed.remember the motive is to introduce variety of solids for taste and texture and not to increase weight through it.start very slow by introducing one solid at a time.watch out for any kind of indigestion or allergies.Home cooked food is more beneficial as they are fresh and free from any preservatives. Try giving him mashed banana, boiled mashed apple.ragi porridge with pinch of jaggery. Mashed boiled rice with daal water. Clear vegetable soups, tomato soups .mashed veggies like carrot and potato.homecooked idly is easy to digest too.khichdi is excellent now.you can also add some spices like jeera to add flavor.remember not to put salt in food before 1 year.youay add just a pinch so it doesn't appear bland.beleive me that much salt is just right.donot introduce cow milk products before 1 year,as this could give baby lactose intolerance.whole wheat roti dipp d it daal could also be given .juices should always be given in diluted form and never concentrated from.biscuits should be avoided too. Also refer the healofy app for daily updates on baby development and growth,as well as pregnancy care.it also gives you enormous info on post delivery baby care and diet.donot miss out!

सवाल: Maira baby 8 month m laga h to usay khane m kya kya de sakti hu please bataye
उत्तर: Hello, For 8 months old baby formula and Breast Milk is still most important at this age. Some babies may be eating up to 8 ounces of solid foods between 2-3 “meals” during a day. Your 8-month-old will still be taking 24 to 32 ounces of formula or breast milk every day mealtimes should also involve an increasing variety of foods, including baby cereal, fruits and vegetables, and mashed or pureed meats. The best first finger foods are bananas, well-cooked meat, and cereal.Give fruits in to pieces most probably 4-6 pieces are enough in one time.that's more good and good for in gaining weight in babies try to give meal in small small portions which is easy and digest and baby can eat eith interest.Hopes it's help

सवाल: 8 month baby ko khane me kya de
उत्तर: Hi.. Dear breast feed or formula milk for complete six months, nothing else.. Normal milk can be given after an year. After completion of six months you can give boiled cereal water first (dal ka pani), then semi liquid porridges (vegetable khichdi, lentil and rice porridges), boiled and mashed potatoes, bananas (mashed or in the form of smoothie).. If the baby is able to digest these food sources, then introduce ragi, oats, dalia..DO NOT ADD SUGAR OR SALT, UNTIL YOUR BABY IS AN YEAR OLD.. Start giving with small bowls, gradually increase the quantity.. Serve in three different meals as per your convenience..
