Answer: हैलो डियर-गर्भावस्था में बुखार थकावट के कारन हो सकती है।आप पर्याप्त मात्रा में पानी पीयें और भरपूर आराम करें अगर आप को जादा तबीयत खराब महसूस हो रहीं है। तो आराम करें मगर ध्यान रखें सोते समय कंबल या चादर ओढ़ने से पहले आपको बहुत ज्यादा गर्मी न लगे और पसीना न आए।  गर्भावस्था में शरीर का तापमान ज्यादा नही बढ़ना चाहिए कोई भी दवा लेने से पहले अपनी डॉक्टर से अवश्य पूछ लें।

उत्तर: Hello dear... fruits are rich source of energy,you can have apple,pears,guava, pomogranate,chikoo,grapes, they contain lot of fibre, minerals and vitamins, which is needed during pregnancy,you can eat dryfruits at anytime as snacks but the best time to eat dryfruits is early in the morning,soak them overnight and have it,but have it in moderation because they has high calorie content than the fresh one,having nuts and dryfruits in pregnancy is very essential because they promote lot of health benefits to you and your baby,it also componsate the nutritional needed for pregnancy,regular intake of dryfruits will relieve you from Anemia and constipation, avoid pappaya, pineapple, grapes they are not recommended during pregnancy
