उत्तर: Hi dear, Eatables for less than 6 months old baby is not recommended coz baby's digestive is very very slow he/she cannot digest solids or semi solids. Breast milk should be the only source of nutrition for him till 6 months. Giving food to such a small baby can lead to various stomach problems like loose motions, fever, stomach pain or baby can become cranky. Even Dr doesn't recommend to give Eatables to such a small baby. Wait for few more weeks mommy! 😇

उत्तर: Starting Solid food for 3 months baby is very risky as babies who are introduced to solids this early are more prone to get food allergies in future than babies who are exclusively breastfed until six months of age. Breast milk is the only nutritious and safe food option for a 3-month-old baby. If you are concerned by your low milk supply you can feed formula milk as a substitute for breast milk. But one should never switch to formula milk that easier as it won’t solve either of the purposes. The best way to increase your milk supply is to continue feeding breast milk to your baby and having an adequate diet.
