Answer: Hello dear All children need the energy (calories) and nutrients that come from a varied and balanced. U can try following diet to increase ur baby weight : 1.At least five portions of a variety of fruits and vegetables every day. 2. Meals based on potatoes, bread, rice, pasta or other starchy carbohydrates. 3. Some dairy or dairy alternatives(such as soya drinks and yoghurts). 4. Some beans and pulses, fish, eggs, meat and other protein. 5. Unsaturated oils and spreads – eat in small amounts. 6. Plenty of fluids –6-8 cups/glasses a day.
Answer: Hi dear please give milk twice a day as it helps in calcium curd also helps in calcium easy to digest avoids acidity and indigestion breakfast lunch and dinner you have to give all the food that your family eats but make sure to give 2 servings of fruit vegetable and a single serving of Dallas everyday if you can give egg it helps a lot to give protein which helps in healthy weight gain and improve immunity of the baby take care
