Answer: Hello dear. Eating a varied and nutrient-rich diet is especially important during pregnancyand may help reduce symptoms where possible. Your doctor may also recommend you to increase your daily salt intake as it helps in raising ur blood pressure during pregnancy. Taking salt water will help. Having coffee, soaked raisins, basil(tulsi) juice with honey, beetroot juice will all help u in raising ur blood sugar levels. Hope it helps.

Question: Hi... i have completed 13 weeks of pregnancy. But i have high BP. yesterday it was 148/90. And doctor told that in the 7th month my BP will be definitly on higher side. I am worried about this
Answer: Yeah u r bp is bit high . Pls take the proper medicine which u r doctor has prescribed for bp.. there are some medicines that u r doctor may have prescribed before for some other reason just check with doctor if any of them have the tendency to increase bp level. So pls make sure U r bp comes on level so u must take the medication and be fit. I'm not here to make u afraid but pls make sure u r bp level is normal else at the end moment doctors prefer c sec if u r bp has not come to control. Secondly if u smoke or have alcohol pls stop it as it has a high tendency for high bp.. Pls relax take enough rest and make it self calm.and be happy u r bp all automatically come to normal

Answer: Hello dear One of the reasons for fatigue, sleep and not feeling hungry problems during pregnancy are changing hormone levels. It's normal to feel tired as your body works to protect and nurture the developing baby, The placenta is just forming, your body is making more blood, and your heart is pumping faster because of which u feel tired, feeling sleepy and not feeling hungry.
