Question: Along with pelvic region lower abdomen was also started paining little from yesterday...is it normal ?
Answer: Hello dear,  you can feel signs and Symptoms of Labor toward the end of your pregnancy, you may experience a sensation of building pressure or cramping in your pelvic or rectal area. This pelvic cramping can feel very similar to monthly menstrual cramps. A dull pain in your lower back that comes and goes is common too. Try  prescription medicine,  Try heat. Put a heating pad, a hot water bottle, or a warm compress on your lower belly, or take a warm bath. Heat improves blood flow and may relieve pain.

Question: Im 5th mnth pregnancy...my lower abdomen is paining and my vaginal area is also paining..is there any problem
Answer: Hello dear If you are experiencing vaginal or pelvic pressure in the first trimester, or early  in the second, don't blame your baby just yet. A cramping sensation in the early weeks of pregnancy may be due to your expanding uterus. Watch for signs  of vaginal bleeding if you are feeling cramp-like pains.

Question: I had my 12 week ultra sound yesterday and where the technician was probing it hurts now.. its sore.. is it a cause for concern ?
Answer: Hi, At 12 weeks babies inside womb are very small and active. It's difficult to capture them on ultrasound, hence your technician moved baby with probe. The pain and soreness will subside within 2-3 days and surely it's not a concern. I too faced the same at 12 weeks.
