Answer: ummm actually not harm baby.. but if u have diagnosed with urine infection your gynecologist will suggest you medicine.. but you also intake lots of water about 4liter per day..lemon juice,coconut water intake..this will help you..Don't worry this is very common in pregnancy.. so keep touch with ur gynecologist. ūüôā
