Answer: One reason for foamy poop is a foremilk/hindmilk imbalance. That means baby is not getting enough of the rich creamy milk at the end of a feed and, consequently, getting too much of the liquidy foremilk that is higher in lactose and lower in fat. Relax there is nothing to be worried in this as this it absolutely normal. Hope it helps.
Answer: Hello dear. Your baby is four months old. So he might be taking your feed. Do you burp him properly after each feed. If you do not burp him, he will vomit a clear watery n white substance.
However, it is a common procedure as many babies try to adjust to feeding during the first few weeks.
The second reason could be that he is already full.
If you do not see the following symptoms, there is nothing much to worry about.
1. Signs of dehydration, fewer nappies than usual.
2. Constant crying which may b a sign of underlying pain
3. Sleeplessness. If you baby gets up frequently as you put him to sleep that means he is trying but unable to sleep.
4 it's been more than 10 hours and the baby is still throwing up.
5. Shortness of breath.
6. Refusal for breast milk.
7. Unusual colour of the vomit.
If any of the signs mentioned above are noticed it is recommended that you consult the doctor for a treatment.
Otherwise it is normal for a baby to spit or throw up.
Hope that helps.
