Answer: Keep water near on the bed stand. And drink in between. Don't let body be dehydrated. It's good for the body to drink water in between during nights

Question: have never had this problem before and I notice that it came in the 3rd trimester. While sleeping my mouth gets very dry and also my throat. Have this happen to anyone else? Also I have just recently start snoring I know where that comes from but I wonder if my dry mouth have something to do with that.???
Answer: Dear it is normal actually during pregnancy and because of this I used to drink almost 1 ltr water at night. Once you get pregnant, your body stores more water to help supply an increasing blood volume, and you may also experience frequent urination. These two things can lead to dry mouth, thirst and other dehydration signs. Hope it helps.
