Don't be tensed it's very common in pregnancy.Try to have at least 3 litres of water daily and have Water melon ,musk melon,cantaloupe,Banana and kheera on daily basis in moderation have lots of liquid based fruits nd veggies.Do a little walking.Take Luke warm water with lemon it may help you in this issue.
