Answer: hi dear you need to have protein rich diet for that include milk and Milk products in the diet. having pulses fruits dry fruits green vegetable are beneficial in third trimester of pregnancy as you need to maintain good balanced diet so that you don't get more of the weight but your baby gets enough for the nutrition. so avoid fast food and Street foods also have small meals every 2 hour . include 2 to 3 litre of water per day .
