Answer: Hello dear. One of the simplest ways to increase your amniotic fluid is to make sure that you are always hydrated. When you increase the amount of water you have in your body, your amniotic fluid levels will also rise. Drink water throughout the day and try to drink at least 8 to 10 glasses at a minimum. Eat fruits that contains more water. Lie on your left side when you relax, when you lie on your left side, your blood flows more smoothly through the uterine blood vessels and allows your baby’s blood flow to also move at a regular rate. This may cause the amniotic fluid index to rise. Take care.

At first trimester and around 3 months you need to hv iron, magnesium, folic acid rich diet which should in your daily food consisting vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, chicken, fish, mutton, eggs everything all regular food no need to start anything special.. Nd as much of fennel ,chamomile, fruit , caffeine less tea. start day with apples/coconut water/ soaked almonds etc. Have Take ample rest and drink lots nd lots of water. Answer: Hello dear have papaya, palm oats, drink fenugreek boiled water, milk & eggs you must have daily. The more you breast feed the baby the more the breast milk will increase. Also while feeding, make the baby to suck both the breasts at one feed . Lactare powder mixed in milk and having daily twice for continous months will also increase breast milk.
