Question: whenever i prepare food ...after that due to smell of onion,garlic ,oil....i feel like to vomit n then i dont feel like anything to eat....is there any way to increase hunger.....because my diet is becoming less n very less day by day

Answer: Hello! Loss of appetite can be dealt with in easy ways. Don't force yourself to eat, opt for smaller nutritious meals when possible instead, which helps to reduce nausea. Just keep hydrated via water or fruit juice and consume more green vegetable to prevent constipation. Also, heavy foods should be avoided that may lead to indigestion.Eat Frequent and Small Meals,Keep Hydrated,Consume Light Food Instead,Take Necessary Nutritional Supplements,Take a Quick Walk,Get Sufficient Fiber.

Answer: If you don't have severe vomitings I would suggest to not take doxinate. In my case my doctor also prescribed to me as I'm not gaining weight because of 1 r 2 vomitings in a day and stop them and to increase my hunger level . So I used for 4 r 5 days and I noticed that I'm not hungry as before so I stopped taking that tab.from the nxt day i felt hungry as before. It's upto u to use the tab or not.

Answer: Whar to worried about dear. It's fine if you are not eating garlic or Ginger is not compulsory. Many women experience food aversion throughout their pregnancy there is nothing to worry about.
