Question: whenever I eat something ,I feel vomiting sensation,Is it normal?

Answer: Hi dear, one of the most common symptoms of pregnancy is vomiting and few very common and easy thing you can do to help you for copping up. For morning nausea, eat toast, cereal, crackers, or other dry foods before getting out of bed. Eat cheese, lean meat, or another high-protein snack before bedtime. Sip fluids, such as clear fruit juices, water, or ice chips, throughout the day. Don’t drink lots of fluid at one time. Eat small meals or snacks every two to three hours instead of three large meals per day. Don’t eat fried, greasy, or spicy foods. Avoid foods with strong odors that are bothersome. Or eat foods cold or at room temperature.

Answer: Yes it is normal in a lot of pregnancy if you are only 12 weeks pregnant now it is very common to happen I would suggest you to please have one toast biscuit just after waking up in the morning before brushing your teeth it will stabilize the body acid and you will feel much better throughout the day and the vomiting and nausea today feeling will also be subsided to an extent other than that you can have a join us of just after having any food so that the taste can change of your mouth but if it seems very uncomfortable for you sometimes home remedies also do not work if the vomiting and nausea is very serious then it will be better for you to talk to your gynecologist and ask for medicine which are pregnancy safe and you can continue to have them till the time you do not get any relief..
