You can start with fruit mashes like purees of apple, pear, banana etc as fruits are naturally sweet and healthy. You can boil moong dal and rice together and then grind it into a paste, you can also add one vegetable in it while boiling and grinding like carrot, beans, spinach. You can also give ragi porridge or oats porridge (make oats powder by grinding eat and then add milk/warm water in it) or vegetable soups. Also ensure you give 3-4 feeds of milk in a day.
