Answer: Hello dear
Back pain after delivery is more likely to be caused by a recent injury, heavy lifting, poor posture or positioning or stress on the bones or muscles.
To get relief try these remedies :
1. Make efforts to get back to your normal weight after a month or so post delivery.
2. Start exercising or do yoga
3. Walking is a safe exercise to start with if you have had a C-section.
4. Take rest as much as possible.
5. Do not lift heavy things after delivery as it can put pressure on your muscles and joints.
6. Have warm water baths as they help in relaxing strained muscles and muscle pains.
7. Get an oil massage done from a professional once in a while.
8. Use a hot water bag or a cold pack to alleviate the pain.
9. For mild to moderate back pain, a pain relief ointment works well. Gently apply it on the area to get instant relief.

Answer: Hello dear...
It is possible that your growing baby and uterus is putting pressure on your bladder due to which in every few mins there is water leaking..pain in lower abdomen back and vagina could also be due to the expansion of uterus causing stretching of ligaments..which in turn causes the pain.
U can actually go for a scan if u are really worried so that u feel better or atleast for a refular checkup.
Question: Hi..i have legs pain nd back pain ...whts the cause of this pain ?
Answer: Hello, I'm happy to help.
The weight of your growing uterus can push on the sciatic nerve and cause pain to run down the back of your leg.
You can relieve it to some extent by following the below steps.
Stretch your calf muscles immediately by straightening your leg, heel first, and gently flexing your toes back toward your shins. (Don't point your toes while stretching.
After you stretch, massage the muscle or warm it with a hot water bottle to relax the tissue.
During pregnancy, your body makes a hormone called relaxin that allows ligaments in the pelvic area to relax and the joints to become looser in preparation for the birth process. The same hormone can cause ligaments that support the spine to loosen, leading to instability and pain.
Here are a few tips that might relieve you from back pain :
Ice or heat packs.
Sleep on your left side, and use a support pillow under your knees.
If these dosent help, please consult your gynecologist for further treatment.
Hope this information was helpful.
