Answer: hi after the baby 6 months old you can slowly start with mind exercises in the beginning also remember your diet please I'm very important role you should take it is 10 to 12 glasses of water you should take low fat dairy products you should avoid taking oily and fried food you should take a bowl of salad and soups before eating food and you should take more or fibrous food this will also help
