Slower moving intestine muscles mean that your digestion slows down. Few of the remedies are : Don't eat big meals. Take your time and chew thoroughly. Limit how much you drink during meals. Drink from a cup or glass – not from a bottle or through a straw – and don't gulp. Don't drink carbonated beverages. Take care.
