For this you should eat whole grain cereals, green vegetables and colour vegetables, varieties of fruits. you diet should reason for thin and for that you can take lentils, legumes, paneer, fish ,egg ,chicken. Eat curd and yoghurt daily. You should drink at least 500 ml of milk everyday. Don't take any stress during pregnancy , take care.
