Question: What should I eat to get my baby healthier. I'm six week pregnant.. confused what to eat n what not?? Please suggest me good food before suggesting just wanted to let u know I have hypothyroidism my tsh levels are 2.35

Answer: Dear eat your regular food .. Like dal, chawal roti ,sabzi, fruits , vegetables , milk , curd , buttermilk , nuts and everything u include in your diet before except tea , coffee, coldrinks, fruitjuices from outside because they preprepare it and it may contain bacteria.. U make fresh juice at home of any fruit u like except papaya n pineapple.. U can add oats , nutri nuggets , eggs, cornflakes to your diet too.. Dont skip ur meals.. And drink 2 ltrs of water everyday

U should go 4 walk daily for 15 to 30 min..twice a day...try these remedies also...
