Answer: Hi dear first of all congratulations on your pregnancy Now since you are pregnant please try to be regular with your food timings you should not keep an empty stomach more than 2 hours you need to keep snacking in between because in the first few weeks it is very likely to have gastritis and acidity problems you can have everything you want but in moderation and also there is no need to introduce any special food to your diet it is all regular rice roti veg curry X chicken fish mutton dry fruits all kind of fruits vegetables everything and that is needed in our daily diet only avoid pineapple and raw papaya because this to have some enzyme which is not safe in pregnancy..
