Answer: Hi dear for increasing breast milk your diet play a very important role. you should eat Red lentils oats raw papaya milk and its products in your regular diet . you can also make a powder of jeera and sauf and  roasting equal quantity of both of them and making a powder of it. you can have half spoon of this with same quantity of ghee everyday before you eat .  it will help you to increase the milk production . try to include methi in your regular diet by having Methi paratha or having Methi powder. U can also mix dis powder in the same cumin powder.Also u can have a glass of milk early morning with adding dry fruits powder. It really work.
