Completely avoid oily & spicy foods, junk food, processed food, caffeine, carbonated fizzy drinks etc to avoid gas, acidity & heartburn.
Your diet should rich in green vegetables & different colour vegetables; fruits -- citrus & seasonal both, dairy products--- milk( 500ml), cheese, yoghurt, proteins ( lentils, legumes, soyabean, paneer, egg,fish, chicken etc), whole grains cereals.
Eat well, drink plenty of water ,take proper rest & maintain active lifestyle for a healthy pregnancy.

Do not eat papaya pineapple as they contain high estrogen levels r bad for ur baby.
