Question: what is the correct sitting posture in first trimester pregnancy.... as I'm working and need to be sitted for long hours in office?

Answer: hello dear, since u have a sitting job, make sure you don't sit for long hours at a stretch. Try to leave your work station at every one hour and walk for sometime and then sit down. Sit straight keeping your shoulders straight. Always keep your legs on a raised stool you support your legs and prevent them from swelling. take care

Answer: hello dear first of all sitting for long time is not advisable. take rest for sometime during your working hours. walk for 5 to 10 minutes. and sit straight dont bend .

Answer: Hii.. You are fortunate for having got opportunity to work from home during pregnancy so utilise it well. Work as you are comfortable.. Sit, lean back, move, stand..do what ever is comfortable. But i suggest you to keep moving instead of sitting for long hours continously.
