Question: What is placenta posterior not low lying and grade 3, can i have normal delivery in this position
Answer: Hi dear. First of all, don't get tensed!!.. The more you worry, the more its bad for both you and baby.. Plz have good amount of bed rest and avoid bending, walking more, climbing stairs, and sitting with your legs down for long.. Normally the low placenta situation gets rectified by itself as and when the pregnancy progresses and the uterus increases in size.. Take care of yourself.. Remain positive.. And everything will be fine!!

Question: What will be right sleeping position for low lying placenta?
Answer: Hello, Dear placenta will not get any help with sleeping position. You are in your early pregnancy so take proper rest and it will go up on its own. So don't worry. Best sleeping position is to sleep on your left side during pregnancy Because your liver is on the right sideof your abdomen, lying on your left side helps keep the uterus off that large organ. Sleeping on the left sidealso improves circulation to the heart and allows for the best blood flow to the fetus, uterus, and kidneys. So always sleep on your side . You must check daily videos and tips on the app they are quite knowledgeable and good. Your baby's daily growth chart and important milestone will be there and can guide you through. Also there is live doctor session so you can ask questions related your health there.. mom's chat group is also there so you can connect to many mom's and have a chit chat there and share your experiences or learn there. So do check daily. Its quite helpful..
