Exercises are good during pregnancy too.though you need to take some precautions, especially in the first trimester.mild jogging and brisk walking with free hand stretches are fine,but no heavy lifting of weights.it could put more pressure on uterus and back.Activities that require extensive jumping, hopping, skipping, or bouncing. Deep kneebends, full sit ups, double leg raises and straight -leg toe touches. Bouncing while streching should be avoided.

If u are looking for more u can try you tube prenatal exercises u will get a varied variety of videos like yoga Pilates Zumba or regular work out. These are safe and designed by experts. Personally I loved Lara dutta s prenatal yoga wch was easy and effective. Stay well hydrated and eat a healthy well balanced diet with lots of fruits and vegetables lentils etc

However you'll have to consult your gynecologist before doing any kind of excersices.
