Exercises are good during pregnancy too.though you need to take some precautions, especially in the first trimester.mild jogging and brisk walking with free hand stretches are fine,but no heavy lifting of weights.it could put more pressure on uterus and back.Activities that require extensive jumping, hopping, skipping, or bouncing. Deep kneebends, full sit ups, double leg raises and straight -leg toe touches. Bouncing while streching should be avoided.

Answer: Hi dear. for first trimester of pregnancy only walking is the best exercise as it help your body to cope up with the changes which you which are happening inside your body and is also really helpful to maintain good BP level go to thyroid level and all other things and it will also help your body with cope up the mild pain which you can experience during pregnancy and will also prepare your body in a steady manner for childbirth so for now only walking should be done for 1 hour and there a specific exercises which you can I do during pregnancy but it should be done in third trimester only so for now walking is enough

Answer: Hi...u can do some low impact exercises...without using your tummy much...
U can do pelvic floor exercises,walking,jogging yoga..
Do exercises that doea not involve twisting the stomach muscles, do not lie on your back to do the exercises..
Avoid exercises that has risk of falling down
